About US

Our History (2008 to 2022)

Revo Tech Inc. (REVO.tech) was formed in 2023, with its origins dating back to 2008-2010. In 2008, Revolution Systems LLC was formed to develop and install the 'latest' Mobile CarPC technology at the time. After being discovered by some of the largest Taxi fleet operators across the world, in 2010 Revosys Inc. was formed to develop In-Taxi Entertainment mobile computing solutions comprising of LCD flat panel displays, an Embedded Computer and secure touchscreen-based payment processing architecture (debit EMV and PCI compliant design). During development of this system and initial pilot runs, the team was approached with a $700,000 seed investment from an angel investment group. At this point Revosys Inc. already had began laying out development of a full software suite for use by Taxi operators, and digital signage advertisers. Realizing the immense scope of the work ahead, our company paused development of the in-taxi hardware and software to raise capital.

During this period of time, we were approached by one of the largest Electronic Component Distributors in the USA (now owned by Arrow). Realizing that our hardware supply network and supply 'know-how' could be utilized to help improve electronic supply chains, Revosys pivoted from 2012 to help supply Electronics Component Distributors with LCD Displays.

From 2012 to 2022, Revosys Inc. tripled its employee count, and consistently improved its supply capabilities. We formed an inspection team in Asia to help secure as well as QC screen (Quality Control) all product coming from that part of the supply network. Our company expanded our supply capabilities beyond Electronic Component Distributors and started to directly assist OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and CM (Contract Manufacturers) with displays as well as display touchscreen solutions.

Where We Are Today (2023 to Now)

With nearly a decade of experience improving the electronics supply chain for distributors and manufacturers, in 2023, Revo Tech Inc. (Revo.tech) was formed to become a Business to Business (B2B) marketplace of electronic components, IT hardware, as well as our specialty: LCD flat panel displays.

Our Goal

Learning from the challenges and triumphs of developing our own hardware and navigating the global electronics supply network, our goal at REVO.tech is to increase the efficiency for all market participants in the electronics supply chain; this includes electronic component distributors, manufacturers, IT AD (IT Asset Disposition) companies, repair centers and electronic design houses.

Essentially, we want to make life easier for companies that need to Buy or Sell electronics.

Our Strategy

REVO.tech uses its extensive global network to identify where there is demand, as well as supply/excess, of electronics.

-When we Identify Market Demand: our network proceeds to identify Supply that can meet the price points of even the most price-sensitive Buyers

-When we identify Market Supply or Excess: our network helps us identify where there may be demand and a cost-benefit to the Buyer, all while maximizing capital recovery for the Seller

Our Market Advantages

Short Lead Times, Significant Cost-Reductions and Shortage/EOL Solutions

REVO.tech focuses on helping Manufacturers, Repair Centers and Electronic Distributors to Sell their electronics inventory, or to Buy electronics inventory in bulk volume. We specifically focus on electronics inventory that is Slow-Moving, Excess/Overstock, or from Canceled Projects. We move this inventory to a new home so that the original stock owner (Seller) recovers Capital on their electronic assets, all while providing the new stock owner (Buyer) a significant price advantage over existing market sources.

This provides a Win-Win solution for all parties as it balances the interests of all parties involved in the transactions.
