Methods of Payment for Products

Standard payments are completed 100% in advance via Bank Wire, ACH or Company Check

Upon approval, a partial balance (not more than 50% of total) can be paid via Card Payment, debit or credit, using our payment processor*: https://staxpayments.com/

In special circumstances, upon approval, partial balance (not more than 50% of total) can be paid via NET1, up to NET7 terms**.

*Card Payments incur a 4.5% card processing fee **NET payment term pricing may be higher than standard pricing

Return & Warranty Policies

Return Policy*:

The Buyer shall perform receiving and inspection of all Products and shall notify Seller (REVO.tech) in writing of any defect or non-conformance no later than ten (10) days after Delivery, after which time Buyer will be considered to have accepted the Product and any future remedies must go through the Warranty process.

REVO.tech Warranty (starts on the Purchase Date):

The Warranty period guarantees that the performance of Product will be the same as the performance that Buyer accepted within (10) ten days of delivery.

For New Product: 12 Month Warranty· Additional 12 Months Warranty Available (adds 7% to unit price)

For Used Product: 30 Day Warranty

Warranty Process for Defective/Non-conforming Products*:

  • Step 1) Replace: The Defective unit is Replaced if replacements are available.
  • Step 2) Repair: If a Replacement is not available then the Defective unit is repaired.
  • Step 3) Credit: If repair or replacement is not available, a Credit is issued towards a future order.
*Cosmetic flaws (such as blemishes, marks, scratches, fingerprints) that do not affect the function of the product will not be subject to a Return or Warranty claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

REVO Tech Inc. (REVO.tech) does not warrant and is not responsible for:

  1. 1. Damage caused by failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the product
  2. 2. Damage during shipment;
  3. 3. Damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids;
  4. 4. Damage caused by the use of the product for purposes other than those for which they are customarily used;
  5. 5. Damage caused by a power surge or a disaster such as fire, flood, wind, earthquake, or lightning;
  6. 6. Damage caused by any other abuse, misuse, mishandling, or misapplication;
  7. 7. Damage from improper installation or maintenance;
